Founded in 1998, Ultraspeed is a Managed Hosting specialist offering solutions on a Managed Cloud platform which has won awards for innovation and sustainability.
Ultraspeed deals with a range of clients, such as John Brown Media Group, British Heart Foundation, STEEL, View London, and Big Green Smile. We host businesses of all shapes and sizes: FTSE 250 companies, charitable organisations, and private businesses.
Ultraspeed's Managed Cloud platform is based in London and Amsterdam, and supports solutions under two product categories: Simple and Infrastructure, which we design to suit your hosting requirements.
Our industry-leading Service Level Agreements guarantee 15 minute hardware replacement and 100% uptime. We also include international offsite backups as standard. Ultraspeed do not rely on call-centres; clients have direct lines to our 3rd line Systems Engineering team, available 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
Ultraspeed is a full member of London Internet Exchange, the British Interactive Media Association and RIPE NCC, the European Network Coordination Centre. As a VMware Partner and a member of 3PAR's Cloud Agile Program, we deploy best-of-breed technologies from these and other leading vendors including Cisco, Extreme, Foundry, Juniper and Rackable Systems. Social Responsibility
Ultraspeed is committed to be wasteless, eco-friendly, and sustainable in all its operations. Efficiency is good for the environment and good for our clients too, with the savings reflected in Ultraspeed's competitive pricing.
Low-voltage servers and DC power to cut electricity consumption in the data centres by up to 30%, and hardware is reused whenever possible.
The Amsterdam data centre runs entirely on renewable energy, using DC power, plus a hot/cold aisle model that saves energy when cooling, and also increases hardware longevity.
Ultraspeed's office recycles all paper and plastics, and runs on a hot-desking system to reduce the amount of mains power used.
