Jordan Gross

Chief Executive Officer

Jordan founded Ultraspeed in 1998, but continued working elsewhere within the Telecommunications industry until 2006. He has led the development and delivery of highly complex customer solutions for contracts valued in excess of £50m.

Now focused entirely on Ultraspeed, Jordan is the head of the family. He meets as many customers as possible and is continually searching out new and innovative technologies and solutions.

Michael Shanks

Chief Technical Officer

Mike has been with Ultraspeed for ten years during which time he has taken a lead in developing the market-leading diskless platform. He has successfully implemented Ultraspeed's operational support model where customers have immediate direct access to 3rd-line specialist engineers. Mike has also responsible for improving customer service and keeping Ultraspeed at the forefront of technology to improve customer experience.

Bill Milne

Non-executive Chairman

Bill is a chartered accountant who was Finance Director of THUS Group PLC having served 8 years as their Group Controller. During this time he took a lead in planning, forecasting strategy and debt raising - raising bank debt in excess of £200m over five years. Bill also managed all banking relationships and relationships with auditors and external advisors, together with being responsible for public reporting. Prior to this Bill was acting Finance Director of Seagram Distillers PLC and a Senior Manager at Price Waterhouse.
