Jordan Gross
Chief Executive Officer
Jordan founded Ultraspeed in 1998 but continued working elsewhere within the Telecommunications industry until 2006. He has led the development and delivery of highly complex customer solutions for contracts valued in excess of £50m.
These days Jordan is back at Ultraspeed exclusively, focusing on development, and meeting with clients and business partners to forge new relationships.
Michael Shanks
Chief Technical Officer
Mike has been with Ultraspeed for ten years during which time he has taken a lead in developing its innovative Managed Cloud platform. He created Ultraspeed's operational support model, where clients have access to 3rd-line specialist engineers.
The efficiency of Ultraspeed's systems are largely thanks to Mike's hobby of taking things apart to see how they work and then putting them back together again so that they work better.
Namuli Katumba
Head of Account Management and Service
Nam began at Ultraspeed as account manager and progressed rapidly up to business development strategy. Before joining Ultraspeed, Nam was at HSBC where she was promoted via a number of advisory roles before becoming service and sales manager, breaking records for customer sales and services. She is now in charge of maintaining the service and growth of Ultraspeed's client base.
Nam is all about quality time; she likes team sports, travelling to different countries, and having dinner with friends.
Luke Beavon
Head of Finance
Luke has been Ultraspeed’s Head of Finance since 2007, and is responsible for the company’s strategic planning and implementation, overseeing budgets, and financial policy. Luke is a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Before joining Ultraspeed he had jobs in printing, engineering, and event management.
Luke exercises his attention to detail in his other lives as a music producer and as player/manager at the football team Springfield Rouge.
Bill Milne
Non-executive Chairman
Bill is a chartered accountant who was Finance Director of THUS Group PLC having served 8 years as their Group Controller. During this time he took a lead in planning, forecasting strategy and debt raising - raising bank debt in excess of £200m over five years.
Bill also managed all banking relationships and relationships with auditors and external advisors, and was responsible for public reporting. Before this he was Finance Director of Seagram Distillers PLC and a Senior Manager at Price Waterhouse Coopers.
