That's the network. What about your server? Like any computer, once in a blue moon it could suffer a hardware fault. As you'd expect, we're ready for that. In fact, we're so ready, we'll replace it within 15 minutes, day or night. Again, that's a promise.

Thanks to our diskless architecture, you don't have to worry about what happens to your data. Server problems simply don't affect it, because we don't keep data on the server. When we plug in a new one, it boots from the same networked storage and carries on.
