With Ultraspeed, clients have their own assigned 3rd Line Systems Engineer and dedicated Account Manager, available at any hour, every day of the year. Ultraspeed Systems Engineers constantly monitor our clients' systems to ensure we are fulfilling the promises we guarantee in our industry-leading SLA's. And by monitoring traffic and load with our UltraSecure and UltraScale services we can make sure that our clients always have the right size of environment to deal with demand.
Outsourcing IT to a managed hosting provider does not mean relinquishing all control and knowledge of your system. Ultraspeed's monitoring and reporting solution is UltraAlert, which monitors all the hundreds of unique variables which make up the running of an environment. Because granular data on each item being monitored is then archived, clients are able to use UltraAlert to look back at specific time periods, hour by hour, to review the data recorded as useful graphs or as text.
