As for the server, just like any computer, once in a blue moon it could suffer a hardware fault. Another Service Level guarantee is 15 minute hardware replacement, day or night. Even the rare event of a faulty server will not mean data loss, because your data is not kept on the server. Offsite backups (to Ultraspeed's Amsterdam data centre) give another layer of reassurance.
