Ultraspeed Adapt is a short-term, high-traffic hosting solution. It is specially designed for one-off campaigns with exceptionally heavy traffic – like viral marketing, flash games or event websites.

Scalable service, specified costs

Ultraspeed Adapt is the first managed cloud platform operating in Europe built specifically to deal with the capacity and scalability demands of short-term, high-volume hosting. It has relatively fixed costs and because it does not require a long-term contract it is particularly popular with project managers!

A per-day rental charge (that scales the more days you use it) is coupled with bandwidth charges (that also scale). There are no hidden costs for anything else. Adapt is designed to be highly competitive compared to the alternative: designing, deploying and then tearing down an entire Managed Hosting environment for a one-time campaign.

Durable and secure

Ultraspeed Adapt is based on the principle of many powerful servers deployed behind enterprise load balancers and firewalls. This method is capable of serving tens of thousands of end users simultaneously. Ultraspeed's environments are custom made for each client, leveraging the flexibility of its Managed Cloud Platform.

Using a single firewall in front of content-serving nodes creates a potential bottleneck for end users. On the other hand Ultraspeed deploys strong firewalls based on each individual node. Due to the nature of the platform, each node runs a very limited set of applications, and has no access (except via http) to the public Internet.

Customer content is stored within Ultraspeed's Storage Array Networks (SANs), away from the public Internet. Each customer's service is accessible via a dedicated FTP server, where strong password authentication and ACLs are used on a per-campaign basis.
